MAHRMM Spring Conference Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities – Invoices must be submitted and paid by April 9^th, 2026

Vendor Attendee - $500 - Sign up as a General Vendor Attendee through the MAHRMM website.

• General admission to the conference.
• Network with peers and healthcare professionals. 
• This level does not include booth space; it is for attendance only. 

General Booth Sponsor - $2000 - Must fill out a Vendor Sponsorship form and e-mail to Sponsorship Chair. You will be registered by the sponsorship chair and invoiced.

• Dedicated booth table to showcase your company.
• Company logo featured on conference presentations and materials.
• Participation in raffle giveaways for hospital attendees. 
• Includes three (3) company representatives.
• Additional attendees at a discounted rate of $150 per person - Must sign up for conference through MAHRMM website, choose $150 option as vendor attendee.

Diamond Sponsor - $5000 - Must fill out a Vendor Sponsorship form and e-mail to Sponsorship Chair. You will be registered by the sponsorship chair and invoiced.

• Premium booth table for maximum visibility.
• Company logo featured on conference presentations and materials.
• Participation in raffle giveaways for hospital attendees. 
• Unlimited company attendees. **Names must be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference.
• Exclusive 15-minute presentation slot to highlight your offerings.

Vendor Lunch Sponsor (one spot available) - $3000 - Must fill out a Vendor Sponsorship form and e-mail to Sponsorship Chair. You will be registered by the sponsorship chair and invoiced.

• Includes booth table and company logo on all conference materials. 
• Participation in raffle giveaways for hospital attendees. 
• Unlimited company attendees. **Names must be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference.
• Prominent signage recognizing your company during lunch.

Vendor Keynote Sponsor (two spots available) - $5000 - Must fill out a Vendor Sponsorship form and e-mail to Sponsorship Chair. You will be registered by the sponsorship chair and invoiced.

• Includes booth table and company logo on all conference materials. 
• Participation in raffle giveaways for hospital attendees. 
• Unlimited company attendees. **Names must be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference.
